I went from being stressed, constantly tired and feeling emotionally numb and disconnected to living my dream life, splitting my time between Canada, London and Bali.
I used to work 80 hours a week as a conventional medical doctor in a job that left me completely unfulfilled. I was having less empathy and patience towards my patients and was becoming cynical about my life and work.
I had been studying mindbody medicine & natural medicine since before medical school, but within the mainstream system the approach of prescribing pills wasn’t making my patients better.
I had to use caffeine as fuel to get through the day but lacked ‘real’ energy. I felt overwhelmed and uninspired, but most of my friends did too so it just seemed ‘normal’.
I was experiencing what I now know as ‘burnout syndrome’.
I saw these problems amplified in my older colleagues and knew if I didn’t make a radical change I would follow the same path.

I left that medical practice & started my own integrative medicine practice.
I studied other healing systems including mindbody medicine at Harvard, nutritional and functional medicine in the USA and yoga and meditation with tantric Indian Gurus in Rishikesh, India and across Asia.
In 2012, I became one of the first and youngest physicians to get American Board certification in Integrative Medicine, the highest international physician qualification in evidence based natural medicine.
I started specializing in helping patients and clients manage stress, chronic fatigue and anxiety, and in many cases to wean themselves off harmful and highly addictive medications.
I’ve combined my most powerful tools from the ancient wisdom of mindbody practices studying with traditional meditation gurus over months and years in India & Asia with cutting edge neuroscience and brainwave training to create the most powerful individualized brain-based wellness programs anywhere. Neurofeedback Brainwave Training
Neurofeedback has become the single most powerful tool and most important part of the programs I used with my clients.
QEEG technology allows me to see the brainwave signatures of specific problems so I can personalize neurofeedback protocols, neuro nutrition and mindbody training to a client’s specific brain.
When I began to use neurofeedback in my practice I started seeing dramatic results:

I started a YouTube channel in 2012 to share all the latest tools, brain hacks, and practical stress resilience and wellness tips that I didn’t always have time to deliver 1-1 in my government medical practice.
It became a hit quickly with my patients in Vancouver and word started to spread.
